Utila Fulfillment Policy for Payments via Stripe®

This Fulfillment Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms for subscription orders with Utila, Inc. or its affiliates (“Utila”, “us”, “we”) paid through Stripe®. By making such a payment the customer of Utila’s products and services who entered into the Agreement with Utila (“you”) agrees to this Policy’s terms. Any capitalized term not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to it in your agreement and/or order form with Utila ( the “Agreement”)
- Fulfilment: Unless otherwise set out in the Agreement, payments for the Services are billed in U.S. Dollars. All payments are securely processed through Stripe®. Utila does not store any credit card details.
- Subscription Confirmation: You will receive a link to initiate your subscription and save a payment method for your recurring payments. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with payment details, with access to the Utila Platform granted immediately upon successful payment via the link.
- Optional Recurring Payments: To the extent you request us in writing or if expressly set out in the Agreement, we will charge your card automatically according to the applicable Service(s) billing cycle(s) set out in the Agreement.
- Delivery: As the providers of a non-custodial digital asset wallet management platform, Utila does not offer any physical goods and delivery of all Services is made online.
- Refunds & Cancellations: Generally, fees are non-refundable once paid. However, we will allow refunds and cancellations when required by law or when expressly permitted by the terms of the Agreement and under the conditions set out therein. If you believe there was an error in Utila’s billing or have other concerns about the fees, please contact us via email at billing@utila.io. If a subscription is cancelled, unless otherwise set out in the Agreement, it will take place at the end of the current billing cycle (annual or monthly, depending on the specific Service).
- Failed Transactions: Utila will notify you of failed transactions via e-mail.
Privacy Policy: any personal data you share with us for purposes of processing payments will be handled in accordance with Utila’s Privacy Policy available at https://utila.io/privacy-policy/.
We reserve the right to change this Policy at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website (as reflected in the “Last Updated” heading). You are advised to check for updates regularly. By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Policy.
