Opsion is a risk intelligence platform built for compliance and operations teams managing onchain assets. The platform continuously monitors wallet and smart contract activity across multiple chains, matches transactions against both open-source and proprietary intelligence datasets, and delivers alerts within three seconds of onchain confirmation.

The integration connects Utila vaults to Opsion through a read-only service account. Once authenticated, Opsion pulls the full vault structure, including all associated wallets and the chains they operate on, and begins monitoring immediately. New wallets provisioned inside an imported vault are picked up automatically within 60 seconds and inherit existing alert rules, so monitoring coverage scales with the wallet set without manual intervention.

Alert rules can be configured at the organisation, vault, or individual wallet level. Teams can define thresholds for large outbound transfers, flag transactions involving sanctioned or high-risk addresses (screened against lists updated every 24 hours), detect velocity anomalies relative to historical patterns, and trigger alerts on first-time counterparty interactions. Each rule routes to its own delivery destination: Slack, Telegram, email, or webhook, so compliance flags reach the right team in the right channel.

For teams on plans that include Opsion's AI Insights, each alert also includes contextual analysis: the likely intent behind a transaction, indirect exposure through the counterparty graph, and a recommended next step. These outputs are plain-language and exportable for SAR filings or internal audit documentation.
